Appeak Poker: frequently asked questions
Find answers about playing Appeak Poker, virtual chips and getting started. For account-specific help, contact [email protected].
What is Appeak Poker?
Appeak is a free-to-play Texas Hold’em social poker game for adults aged 18 and over. Players use virtual chips at tables with up to six seats. It is an entertainment game, with no real-money gambling or cash prizes.
Is Appeak Poker free?
Yes. You can start with free chips and collect daily rewards. Optional chip purchases are available, but purchasing chips is not required to begin playing.
How many free chips do I receive?
The welcome bonus is 150,000 virtual chips. The daily reward advertised on the website is 25,000 chips. Check the game for your current reward availability and any offer conditions.
Can I withdraw chips or win real money?
No. Chips have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money or prizes. A large virtual-chip balance does not represent a monetary balance.
Do I need to download the game?
No separate download is needed to use the browser game. An internet connection and a compatible modern browser are required. You can also open Appeak through the official Telegram bot.
Can I start as a guest?
The browser version offers guest play. Before switching devices or clearing browser data, check the sign-in and account options available in your game client. Do not assume a guest account will be available in a different browser.
How do I learn the rules?
Read our Texas Hold’em rules for the betting rounds, then use the hand rankings chart to compare hands. The beginner’s guide explains position and choosing stakes.
Why did another player win with the same pair?
A hand uses five cards, so kickers can decide the winner. If both players have the same pair, compare the highest remaining card, then the next. If all five cards have equal value, the pot is split. Suits never decide a tie.
Does “cash table” mean real-money poker?
No. In Appeak, it describes the table format: you bring a virtual-chip stack to the table and play individual hands. Bets and pots use virtual chips only.
What if the game does not load?
Check your internet connection and try a current browser. If the problem persists, email support with your device model, browser version and a screenshot of the error. Never include passwords, payment card details or login codes.
Where are the privacy policy and terms?
